Settings

Your Skrivr account has a settings page at: www.skrivr.com/yourdomain/settings

Login with your user name, i.e. your email address, and the password you signed up to Skrivr with.

In settings you have the following options:

Change theme

By default your site uses the "Skrivr Default Theme". To switch, use the pulldown menu on the left.

Change default directory (if you signed up with full Dropbox access)

By default your Skrivr files live in the Skrivr folder in your Dropboc account. You can change folder by entering a different existing folder's name here. Remember to move your Skrivr files into this directory in Dropbox!

Resync your site

Change excerpt length and text

You can change how many characters the {{ excerpt }}-template tag displays before breaking the text with a "Read more >"-button. The default is 300 characters. You can also change the text on the button itself.

Delete your account

If you wish to delete your account you can do so from the settings page.

Your Skrivr account including the authentication tokens that were used to connect to Dropbox on your behalf will be deleted so that Skrivr is no longer associated with your Dropbox account. We will also 'release' your Skrivr domain (i.e. skrivr.com/yourdomain) so that it becomes available for someone else to use. If you delete your account we will also delete all your files and folders on the Skrivr server. But we cannot fully revoke the access you have given Skrivr to your Dropbox. This is something that you have to do in your Dropbox account settings. Here's how:

1 Login to your Dropbox account.

2 Click "Settings" in the top right corner and then 3 click the "My apps" tab.

4 Remove Skrivr from the list by clicking the "X" on the right. Now the access has been fully revoked.
